Description

Saint Valentine’s Day was the topic for the English Speaking Club meeting and therefore it couldn’t but turn out interesting and funny ( and not only due to the traditional tea with sweets!). The Valentine cards were made and sent. The best one, which produced the greatest laughter with the words “You are my Moosi-Poosi” won a prize. Whether it was by chance or by some freaks of destiny that this very card written by a male visitor appeared in the hands of a male visitor either nobody will ever know. And this is far not everything worth mentioning. A lot of topics were discussed and in the fierce linguistic fights we managed to get to the truth – love still exists! And by the way, many other important things were mentioned but to learn them one should have visited our society. Just as two our new friends did. This time from Malaysia. Maybe they have exaggerated a bit but still according to them we were quite good fellows. Naturally we were nice and despite the great difference in cultures and religions no misunderstanding was observed…if only on political levels it were the same the live could have become better, couldn’t it? So, next time don’t hesitate to come to our club and to make your friends come.
